We are Eduardo and Natkin, two Cubans who fate brought together 8 years ago in the streets of Havana while she was visiting her native island. By that time, Natkin had already made Europe her home and she filled my head with stories of medieval castles, cobbled squares and trains that crossed borders as easily as one crosses the street.

Who was going to tell us that those conversations under the caribbean sun lead us to walk together every corner of Europe from our current home in Belgium? Love brought us together, but have been travel that have written our history page to page.

And so, among suitcases improvised and maps wrinkled, was born Europe in a Couple – not as a perfect guide, but as the daily messy and authentic of two caribbean discovering Europe with eyes of wonder.

Have you ever tried to follow those guides that tell you exactly what to do at 9:03 am and where to be at 2:47 pm? We leave in the first cafe where we would be staying more hours of chatting with a local. Because we believe that the best memories are born when you let a place be surprised, when you get lost in an alley without a name or when your plans change because the sky threatening storm and discover a museum that you never knew existed.

Here we share those moments that do not go in the postcards.
